Contemporary dance workshop with miss Tressa Wilson
Miss Tressa is an accomplished dancer, teacher, and choreographer. Her creativity and wisdom inspires her students and fellow teachers. Miss Tressa is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. Her holistic approach to dance teaching incorporates wellness and mindfulness whilst maintaining a high technical standard for her dancers.
Miss Tressa will be joining us for an afternoon of contemporary dance September 19th from 1pm-4:30pm.

Miss Karen Belyea opened Premiere Dance Brighton in 2016. After 10 years of serving Brighton, Miss Karen has made the decision to step down as owner and director and welcome Miss Liliana Reid as her successor.
